Avendale On Preston

Read this before you sign the lease. From: MsCEO Date posted: 11/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved at The Avendale apartments because it was close to my job, I had to pay an extra months rent. The apartments are so thin,, I could here the neighbors get in their tubs, could here them wash dishes e.i., water moving and dishes hitting the sink, i could even here the drawers in the bedroom opening. One day a one of the maintenance staff said I'm glad I have a house, he was doing repairs on another apartment and said that he heard someone get in their tub. i yelled me too. I can hear the neighbors all the time. Rent is due by the third, Valerie won't hesistate to put an eviction and lockout notice on your door on the fourth. Heather, Valerie, and Omirah are all inconsiderate for a lack of better words female dogs. i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here. Please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
