The office staff are crooked, and will lie to residents to no end to get them to stay. It's fairly obvious that they have some kind of racket going on for move outs, stiffing the departing clients with frivolous fees and charges. The architecture of the physical buildings themselves is a disaster; severe lack of insulation, crumbling foundations, sub-standard plumbing and electrical, and retards for maintenance crew. The office staff are almost never available, nor is it ever convenient to get them to take care of anything (maintenance request that take up to a month to finally be acted on, e.g.). Access to the lot itself is very inconvenient off of Preston and Ohio.
