When we move in, they are very good will offer good rate. They will not attend to any emergencies later on. I had a problem with my over head tank and it was dripping all through the night making the washroom very dirty and not usable. It was friday and they came to fix it only on Monday. I had to spend 2 days in my friends place. This is just one example of the worst experiences I faced. There is no community, there are no play places for kids/anyone. The worst of all is when we ask the service people to repair something, they keep complaining that the apartments are 18-20 years old and it is difficult to fix it. One more thing, there were air breaks in the wall and the great thing they did to repair it was just to paint on it and make it not visible. I dont think anywhere else in the world, they will fix it this way. I stayed for sometime and they charged me huge amount when I moved out. This is the same complaint from many other folks as well. And one more experience was that my friend who came to visit me was dog bitten. This is seriously intolerable.I would not give a rating of 2 out of 10. Just for the reason that they are cheap, do not move in to this apartment. These guys are cheap and behave cheap as well. Both the old and the new management are the same. They are very good liers. They change their so called framed set of rules, person-person.

This complex is old and thats no excuse, there are lots of old apts and they are nice. Its the management that has the problem, I lived there too and its horrible. They should be closed and torn down.

I wonder if these people had different people, i've lived here for almost 3 years now and I love it, Omirah (spelled her name wrong i'm sure) Danielle and Kelly are all fantastic, very sweet and accomodating for me. Maybe you get what you give in this instance...However i will say i treat them kindly and with respect and thats exactly what i get in return...
