I've been here for a few months and can't stand it. Just like alot of people have posted before, there is a ton of issues. No rules are enforced, such as parking permits, dogs on leashes, or dog waste. I'm having a terrible time with neighbors and am being told that any neighbor complaints must be observed by a third party. Like I'm supposed to know when my neighbors are going to be inconsiderate tools. The dog poo just piles up and the outside grass areas smell awful. Notes are sent out warning people of the rules. You can tell the management reads these posts because they have announced that they hired some security service. I'm sure they will not be willing to hang out with me to observe the idiots above, but I'm going to give it a shot. Also, we were told that the issues that were here when we moved in was all from the Mansions regime. One more thing about the neighbors, every time I complain about them I always hear that it's probably a different group making the noise that we don't even share a connecting wall with. On a positive, the floorplans are nice. That's all the positive I've got.

My daughter lives in your apartments, and i agree with alot of the bad postings. I took her dog outside and ended up stepping in dog poo, but we cleaned her dogs up. We have respect for others. ALOT of dogs running loose with no one with them, hard to clean up after your dog when your dog is loose and your on your butt in your apartment. And her neighbor above were so loud. We did the nice neightbor thing and asked if they could quite down, we were told to f*** off and the noise got worse. As for calling the police everytime you have a problem that is stupid. They have more important things to do. This is private property and should be taken care of by the owners or the staff hired by the owners. Maybe the owners should look at there staff, and see what is wrong. Or are the owner living the good life off of others.

In my opinion, its a good thing to read the reviews!! This place is a horrible place!! All lies and very unsafe!! Please Please read the reviews and don't move here!!

I disagree. If you see these issues you may want to note the apt. numbers when you file a complaint. just a blanket complaint can not be dealt with. The thing is, you do not have to know your neighbors intimately to know who has a dog, but in apt living you should have a cordial relationship with your surround neighboring apts. that adds to safety. And i you are such a scouge that you don't like anybody.....get a house.

this response is to truth 37; i am sure that you note all the apt. numbers that need to be issued. you must have nooo life at all.. and usually folks that live in apartments are singles, or folks that just can't afford a house. i actually think you should get a life..
