This is a quiet complex. The most noise I here is when people are going or coming from their destinations, dogs barking, or moving in. The dogs are not a problem, because I have one and i notice that the majority really pitch in to keep the "mess" picked up.

I think parking should be assigned, like the one bdrm has one parking spot, 2 bdrm has 2...the majority should be two spaces or better patrolling. There is always a non-stikered car under the carport.

Maintence has been prompt when we needed them and all the staff are personable and professional....especially Linda.

Looking at some of the reviews, I see alot of different opinions, but since I have been here my main complaint is someone not putting their trash out right day.

I'm glad to see Crime Strike will be monitoring us from now on, because It is dis-concerting being known as a party complex, especially by people that don't live there.

Gee it would have been nice if Bella Vida would have told me where the PARTY side and the NORMAL side of the appartments were when I was signing my lease.

I am not naive.....I live on the other side of the apts. Most of the complaints I here, are from people who live on the "party side". I have seen many a residents over there with a 40oz in their hand.....and no, they are not the ones with the good suntans. Bottom line.....apt managements could do a better job if the residents provided more accuracte information. I don't pry into peoples lives.......but I don't have my head stuck so far up somewhere where I can't objectively observe what happening in my area. I am also accountable enough to not complain about something when I am doing the same thing. P.S. How much are the Mansions paying you to sit at your command post all day reporting the "news".

Lovelytobeme ??????.I doubt that???s accurate; you are obviously jaded, bitter and have limited avenues to release it. If we were children I guess my come back to your comment ???What is Bella Vida paying you to write good reviews??? I might say something to the effect ???Who???s paying you to write bad one???s???? It would be obvious cheap labor was alive and well in Texas. I don???t have to write Bella Vida???s reviews but since you like to write so much why not take a class at one of the local community colleges allow them to give you some direction and get a job writing fiction.
