OMG you're not going to believe this. I work on the internet all day and like to check this site to see whats going on in my complex. Although I never would have known about this site if Bella Vida didnt send out that letter and put in it "please stop posting things on apartment ratings.com). I always wondered why all the good ratings were all in a row and all in one day commenting on all the other reviews. They never talk about a good personal experience, just what the community has to "offer" like the trail and tanning and beer (much of what the management trys to sell in a tour). Anyways, when I went in toay to do a package pick up I was walking around waiting not being noticed (as usual they are all smoking outside) and there she was (the terms on this site say I cant use any names) but anyways there she was on apartmentratings.com and she was filling out reviews!!! Believe it or not, but I always knew something was up!!!

i believe that people need to read the reviews; negative or positive..rent at this place is so ridiculous!! people. keep rating this place! its our right!!

anyone that has a bit of sense knows that that wonderful office staff writes all the good reviews.. how stupid of anyone not knowing this.
