When I moved in these were The Mansions at Ridgeview. The leasing team was great! Since then, the property became Bella Vida which is run by GreyStar and the front office management has gone downhill ever since.

Recently, the staff initiated a campaign to financially penalize residents that leave trash out the night before pick-up. They did a walk through of the complex and, if you were home, you got to bring your trash in and avoid the charges. If you weren't home you got a notice the next day of the $25.00 fine. Also on the door was a notice that there would be no Warnings, just fines straight away. This is a change in policy.

Leasing agents and management are not interested in working with residents, only finding ways to add charges to your monthly bills.

The best leasing agent was transferred to another property.

This is my second, and last, lease.

I agree with you 100% I am out of here as soon as my lease is up. The management is pitiful!

Do you really want people to leave their trash out at night? That only causes bug and rodent problems. If you don't want your community to look trashy, DON'T LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUT! Why is that such a problem?

kellymack, you seem to be the kind of person that has noooo life... you probably don't have a REAL job, and sits around surfing the internet.. these are REAL problems at this dump, and the residents are expressing their views. The issue about leaving trash out is a problem I imagine, but not yours personally!! Mind your own bus, and get a REAL job!!!

i remember when i lived at the mansions, i left my bag of garbage by the door outside for a few minutes and in that time span, a rodent had gotten into it.. take your garbage down to the dumpster people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

It sounds to me like you guys are just stupid. How hard is it to put your trash in a dumpster? I don't think it's a problem with management. It's a problem with lazy people that live here. I have been here for 4 months and the trash situation was out of control till people started getting fined. If you guys want to live in a dump just go ahead and move out. I'm sure you can a trashy place to live somewhere else!

Seems to me that the office is 'campaigning' to make BV a cleaner place and they are tired of seeing everyone's trash on the curb, front doors and patios and are enforcing the community policies and codes. The only people that usually have a problem are those that are not following the policies. I live here, too, and am so tired of seeing everyone else's trash outside...it stinks...it attracts bugs and the animals that live around the creek. Everyone seems to be complaining that the office doesn't do anything to make this place better, but when they do take action, these are the responses they get! I wouldn't want their jobs at all since you are the type of people they have to reason with to keep our homes clean and trash-free! Take your trash out when you're supposed to or take it to the trash dumpster.

Why get personal on a response? Everyone has a right to post their opinion. You can agree or not, but don't show your immaturity by blasting someone who speaks their opinion. kellymack's opinion didn't belittle anyone and yet ridiculousrenters22 comes back with some unnecessary name calling. Let's all act like adults on this site and be reasonable. It is a great service for someone to research apartments. Use it for that and not venting and name calling.
