I live at Bella Vida and guess what, it is an average apartment community that has an average amount of insects, rules, amenities, and consequences. No wonder management seems not to care. Would you care if all of these review writers came in and whined about things that are this stupid' Mangement fines for trash and throwing things over the balcony, hmmmm.....that seems like a bonus. Lack of intelligence and good common sense is prevalent here. This web site is only for people that obviously don't follow rules or protocol and want to ----- about it. You receive good service and tell one person, receive bad service (or so you think) and you whine about it anonymously on a web site. Good for you!!! It's 18 and over to live here right' ACT LIKE IT.

I am not. I am a resident that wishes there were less stupid people in the world like you. I also wish I had better things to do with my time than answer your questions or give a lick what you say. I am becoming the pathetic people that keep posting. I guess my main care is I want trash to stop being left out mainly around bldg 21. and in front of my apartment. When I went onto this site I saw that the very same people that are posting here are the nasty few that keep leaving their trash and dog waste out. This is a very pretty property and the people that live here don't give a darn. There are dog pick up station everywhere and no one uses them. I am here for another 12 months and would be happy with that decision if everyone cared about where they lived. I love my apartment and the staff is always nice. I just wish the staff would walk around the community all day and pick up others trash and dog feces because my neighbors are too infantial to do it themselves.

i have a great idea for you maryrenter1! why don't you get a real job instead of hanging around your puter all day making comments like you do.. you poor thing you.. go to the staff with your problems, and see how they are handled.. then you will be happy!! because in your lil mind, these issues will be resolved..

I don't understand how people can rag on others for "hanging around... all day making comments." Isn't that what we're all doing? And before anyone asks, I have a real job. I work 9-5 AND go to school full time. Ever heard of the phrase "pot calling the kettle black"?

we don't care what your work schedule is kellymack.. we are here to read and comment on this dump.. we don't care that you have a job or that you reside here.. i don't think anyone writing these reviews are hanging around; we all have 9-5 jobs too.. so back to your job and don't worry about what others are doing..
