Management has not been helpful. When my lease is up, I will run from here. I do better sleeping in my car than this apt. At least I know what's going on, which is more than what I can say for management.

when i lived at this s hole back in 2002, they were fining tenants back then; this is nothing new for this place.. so don't feel like its something thats directed at you personally..
