I currently rent from a property that has been overtaken by Greystar Management in the Orlando, Florida area. I have spent the morning researching their properties and find poor managment to be the common thread. My complex is less desirable each day. The office phone only seems to take incoming calls because I have not yet had a call returned about complaints. Please be very wary of this management company. I wish I would have moved my family into a smaller apartment with higher rent at a professionally managed complex.

this place is a ghetto internally.. the management lets anthing or anyone in here... it might not look ghetto from the outside, but live here for even a short while, and you will see what i am talking about.
