These apartments may not be 5 star but in Texas for the price range, what is'! GIVE ME A BREAK! I have a beautiful apartment with tons of ammenities overlooking the golf course and creek, lots of parking(I do hear I have the best building in the complex)and only had one issue,teeny bugs but I am living in a pretty wooded area back here so Im not TOO shocked!They did send someone right out to handle it so it did not go unnoticed and unmanaged.We live in a complex where dogs are allowed (hello-privelege,DO THE RIGHT THING AND PICK UP YOUR dogs*** PEOPLE,OMG its YOUR DOG NOT rocket science to pick up after your own pet,I cant imagine what your apartment looks like'!(as in L-A-Z-Y)Drop off your trash during the hours LISTED on the bulletin that you,me and everyone else gets every month on your door!!DER!!
I think the management has been exceptionally friendly to me(esp Nikki and Dustin)and to my friend who has rented the corporate guest suite (at a great price I might add!)They are always friendly,courteous,and go out of their way to ensure my stay here for the last year has been pleasant!
Kindness is contagious and maturity speaks for itself.Unless you're ready and able to buy a home,get used to apartment living...it is what it is.
The only reason Im not renewing is because I work downtown and my commute is just too long but I will certainly pass on the good reviews from my experience living here.!:o)

i think its so immature and childish for people that obviously have a chip on their shoulder that hide behind these emails.. and to the loser that loves this place, and is moving to the downtown area; we don't care about your future plans.. so get over it..
