I don't not have enough time to list everything i hate about this place. I will make a bullet list of sucky things:
dog ----
Maintenence
Staff sux
apartments are falling apart
BDR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
business center is awful
gates are always broken
vehicle brakins are rampant
burglarized
Like I said, not even worth my time to go on
please just pass this one by, renty a house in the area for about $300 cheaper a month

sounds as if this place hasn't changed one bit.. its a haven for drug dealing, and i left because i didn't feel safe.. i will never forget the losers at the front desk.. especially that foreign woman; by the way, is she still there?? what a waste.. has the management changed?this hole is supposed to be a gated community.. but no way.. when i lived there, the gate was broken most of the time.. drunks and druggies screaming and yelling at the parking areas at all time of night.. i'm sooo glad to be a out of this exclusive place.. ha!!! stay far away, and rent elsewhere.. there are soo many other places..

HELP! I just read this review and I am keeping your email address and going to consult with you or whoever you suggest about all the concessions, etc I am about to be charged. I am a single mother of three small children, and I do not feel safe here at all. They were painting the balconies, and did not post one sign. My kids went on the balcony - they are 7, 5, and 3, and my 3 year old got black paint on her dress and in her hair. I was LIVID. I called the management and the manager (Michelle) was flippant at best. She said they do not have to inform the tenants of painting outside of the apt, and I said, they may be the case, but my child could have gotten it in her eyes and gone blind for God's sake. Then, they began painting the doors. They left a note and I was careful, they painted the doors. The next day - NO SIGNS LEFT - they painted the door jams and I not only got paint on a shirt, but on my car door handle which it is still there today. I called and they gave me a $20 credit. Yea. Thanks... The new tennants are starting to leave chicken bones in the breezeway, etc. And recently, the last straw, my children were out on the balcony and found by the bushes a USED SYRINGE!!!!!!! Oh MY GODDDDD... Are you kidding me? I'm paying almost a thousand bucks a month for a two bedroom apt with sucky parking, untrustworthy maintenance, and a plainly unsafe environment. I am leaving tomorrow before something happens to my kids. I am afraid to be out after dark anymore around here. I am breaking my lease and going to write a letter to the office as well as the management company. I will send it certified mail. I hope they have mercy on me, but I cannot go another month with this going on. I know with the concessions, etc, my bill is going to be around $10,000 (they had me sign an additional thing where it is an additional $5,000 for breaking the lease). I don't know what else to do - any suggestions on how to handle this? My email is traceysmccoy@yahoo.com, and I really would like some advice...

If any of you become victims of "rent concessions" please contact me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net. These fees are illegal. If you know of anyone that has been charged rent concessions, please give them this e-mail address. Breach of contract(breaking a lease) people are welcome to respond!
