I took a quick tour of this place from a friend who has lived there for 3 months and loves the place, but after reading these reviews I can't see how it's possible my friend would tolerate living here. Are there any recent finding you can tell me before I make a big mistake' My ratings are from what I saw this evening...not what I've experience.

Please Please before you rent here, look elsewhere.. its pretty from the outside, but a totally different living experience.. your friend hasn't lived here long enough to be able to review this place.. Seriously, if i were you, i would talk to renters here, and see what they have to say.. don't be deceived like me and many many others..

I have lived here for several months and just renewed my lease. There are good and bad at any place you live, but for the most part I really like it here. I have met several friendly people here while out walking my dog and enjoy all the walking trails and beautiful trees. I cannot speak for everyone but I think you would really like it here.

Just got out of there and not a minute too soon. Recently there was an apartment completely burned on the third floor due to maintenance staff's wiring repair. Don't know if they are licensed but the family lost everything. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

i believe the most recent review.. when i was living here, there were apartments literally falling down.. if you are smart, you should read all reviews, and then look at other complex's.. i am really happy that i didn't renew!!!

WHERE WAS MY MIND THE DAY I SIGNED THE LEASE???? I have three kids and this place IS pretty on the outside, but nasty when you get here. I am shocked at how poorly I've been treated, I am filing a law suit as soon as I move tomorrow... I am breaking my lease. My five year old and three year old found a dirty NEEDLE off of our balcony last week... That was the final straw. DO NOT RENT HERE>.. It is UNSAFE and it IS now the new ghetto...

Okay, let me give you the real story about the fire. It wasnt faulty wiring by the contruction of the bldg. It was the resident who had an aquarium ( which they werent suppose to have) caught fire by light bulb. Aquarium light bulb on - water = fire! Faulty by resident and their apt was the only one that had fire. Get your facts straight...read the public report! No reports of needles found on this property..LIAR! They have porters that work 7 days a week and all they do is pick up trash! The place is spotless. You should be lucky to live in a community that is so clean and pleasant. Also, the contracts they use they purchase from TAA (Texas Apartment Association) They are LEGAL binding contracts especially when you willfully sign them!
