REASONS I HATE BELLA VIDA AT RIDGEVIEW

1. My apartment wasn't ready the day I was supposed to move in. The cleaning crew was there.. the carpeting hadn't finished being installed. Some guy came in and told me it wasn't my move in day. I told him to go back to the office and check.. and I showed him my lease. Apparantly, they just "forgot".

2. They fine for everything. It's ridiculous. If you put your trash out 1 minute before or 1 minute after the 1 1/2 hr window freakishly early in the morning.. you're out of luck for a few days. (Or pay $50 a bag.. yeah, they dig through your trash!) God forbid you have anything "unapproved" on your patio. I just had to pay a $600 fine because my boyfriend brought his dog over for a DAY! Any money you "save" in living in this "luxury" you will lose in fines.

3. 2 weeks after I moved in, my refrigerator broke. No one looked at it for 2 days! I had just moved in, stocked my fridge/freezer up with tons of groceries.. and they didn't reimburse me for one cent.

4. THEY ARE LIARS! I was told originally I would be reimbursed for my groceries.. so I threw them away. When I took my receipt to them, I was told no one ever told me that.. and asked if I took pictures for proof.

5. Insulation is terrible. I can hear every move my neighbors make.. And the bass of the TV's and radios from every apt on each side of me.

6. Every maintenance request I have ever put in has yet to be filled. (Aside from my 2 day old broken fridge.) My washing machine is still broken.. yet they are charging me $40/mo for it. And there is NOTHING I can do. No one returns my calls or answers the phones.

7. If I do ever get someone to pick up the phone.. they are horribly sarcastic and rude..

8. If I come home after 7pm I'm hiking to my apartment. I have to park 4 buildings down most of the time and haul my groceries and daughter. My parking sticker is WORTHLESS.

I can't wait until my lease is up!!!
