I just wanted to see if anyone could write a comment about this website without verifying that I actually lived at this community. Suprisingly enough, I don't live here but I could very easily write something very hateful and post it to skew the percentages.

This goes to show you cannot believe everything you believe on the internet.

Thank you RP (Ms. Validation) for your comments. I agree with your comment and response back to Mr. Obvious. My question to him is why do you still post comments on this site if you do not live here anymore? Also, your insight on building 17 is correct, however the majority of our large units all over the community have 2 A/C units along with non-wood flooring. I assume that you lived in building 17, but since you post "anonymous", as many do, I guess we will never know.

Yes my friend, it's called the Internet. Can you validate everything you read on CNN? Probably not. Anyone who believes ANYTHING they read without knowing personally that the source is valid (YES I still include CNN or any other website) is not playing with a full deck. You must be involved with the management of this property. Being a former long term resident myself, and reading others comments I can assure you that these comments are valid, even though, you don't know me from Adam. I can tell you there are two air conditioning units in building 17 apartments, and non-wood floors in the west facing apartments in the same building. Thank you for your comments Captain Obvious! You are proving my point exactly. I actually think this website is bogus...and I was proving my point by posting my entry. Yes, I am very familar with Bella Vida, they have some of the only 4 bedroom units available in the Plano area and Holly was a great point of contact for me in the leasing office. Yet, I still don't nor did I ever reside at Bella Vida. I think this website is unfair to apartment communities and management companies. (And no I do not work for this community either.) Yes you can type anything you want here. But what kind of loser would just come in here and make stuff up. The only people that complain are usually people that have been upset by something. Everyone knows that people that are mad trip over each other to file a complaint, but extremely satisfied people rarely make an effort to tell anyone.
