ok so here goes... you may say we received notice the mailboxes were being changed, well I went through all of my stuff and can't find a thing, oh and don't mind me... Sorry I was at work when your little "town hall" BS was going down. Needless to say, I went out of town this weekend (left on Thursday and returned late Saturday night) and I can't get my mail and have yet to get it... Well, I go in Sunday and the girl is a TOTAL ----- and tries to hand me a floor plan... Yeah, pretty sure I know what my apt looks like SORRY! Then I am told once I get her attention they are not ready and to come back Monday... Monday rolls around and yep, no keys... no mail... I am told to go to the post office next to Albertson's... Go there and it is an annex for ALLEN only, I'm not sure what idiot in the staff thinks we live in allen, but we live in PLANO! They tell me to go to the post office on Coit and Hedgecox... I go all the way down there to be told they can not go through all of the mail sorry. Oh ok... Well I have bills to pay and rent due with a check sitting in the mail... How am I supposed to do that if I can't get my mail or my money to the bank... Oh wait, you guys don't give a ---- half of you don't live here! SO THANKS! So how do we resolve this issue''' Are you going to waive late fees of rent and what about our other bills because until my mail gets delivered to my mailbox I will not pay rent! NOT A PENNY! None the less, I go to the office today and get a key, Oh wait no one bothers to say the mail isn't there... Much to my surprise NOTHING and I get told to go back to the post office... I go back and yet again can not get anything so I call and complain and get told to come back.. .I go back and get ONE thing and the rest will be delivered tomorrow because they are closing... Well BELLA VIDA, I'm pretty sure I didn't mind the BLACK marks on the boxes... SORRY I WANT MY MAIL... It was very nice of you to offer to get the mail for someone in a review below... Were you just being a total ----- or do you intend on going to get mail''' Many people are leaving for out of town in the next few days, I have called a few times and no one can say when we are getting our mail.. All I get told is oh well it should be here tomorrow... OH NO IT WILL BE HERE TOMORROW or I will attempt to call my lawyer to see what can be done. You hire people who are idiots and couldn't add 2 2 other than ------ and ----- who are the only helpful ones... I call and ask for Brandi because she is the manager but yet is never there when I call. I wish I could find a way to move out. Why on Earth do you want nice looking mailboxes when you have ------ looking roofs' What are you going to say to new people looking to lease here, oh sorry about the blue tarps but look at the shiny boxes. I am not impressed at all. I want my check and my MAIL!

Oh and are the gates going to be fixed EVER''' What about the random people hanging out at the pool' Oh and about your services (T-Time, etc) that is a joke! I called to get a T Time and I was told exact words: We do not do that you need to call Ridgeview yourself... REALLY'' Can we say false advertising' and not to mention SO rude! Oh ok well maybe you should revise your floor plan book and take out: gated community, T Time booking, Concierge Service (not to mention they don't do anything either and you are told to do it yourself) and courtesy Office (all they do is tell you to call 911) OH OK THANKS! The only reason I moved here is because of that book and everything in it is FALSE from what I have seen!!!! So please advise me... when will we get mail... Why are the gates not fixed from the April notice you sent out, why do you say you provide all of these services and don't''''''

WOW...is exactly my comment back to you. Guys, if you notice, we are working diligently on getting the gates fixed properly. Our phone company was out yesterday installing a phone line to the gate. Would you want us to close the gates and have everyone else yell because their guests could not get in? Also, a notice will be posted as to when you can pick up your new remotes. They are in, however without them programmed, they will be no use to you, correct? Let's not forget about the roofs...I am just as frustrated as you are with our insurance company. It has taken way to long for them to investigate the leaks and as far as I am concerned, the roofs would have been fixed a long time ago, but in the world we live in, we have to hurry up and wait alot of the time and patience is sometimes the key. We are on top of the "random" people who use are pool and are doing our best to fix the parking issue. As far as us spending money on the entry way, well sir, this was paid for by State Farm. If you recall, a lady ran into our Guard Shack that used to be out front, therefore we are out no funds. Powerwashing is all part of our preventative maintenance program. I can stop them from washing your area at any time, just let me know you do not want it clean of debris and it will cease. If you have anything further to add and you would like to discuss with me, feel free to stop by the office and I will be happy to talk with you in person.

you are exactly correct, the town hall meeting we where told that things would be changing in 3 months, boy are they holding out for the last days of that. the gates are a joke even when they worked they remained opened most of the time, the mgmt worries more about the grass and bushes be cut back than whether or not a tenant who pays a hugh rent actually has a place to park. the pool area is a joke, parties go on there all weekend long and I would bet only 10% of the people there are actual tenants. the courtesy officer is a joke, the only person getting a courtesy is the officer 1/2 rent off!! hell give me that and I will give you all the courtesy you need. power washing the entry ways is not as important as the roofs, ok you may get water on top of you due to leaks, but guess what your breeze way is clean what for so all your belongings can float out into a nice clean area!! come on people wake up the new mgmt is no better than the old ones. We also have people living here that think its party time 24/7 hey boys and girls some of us here actually have to get up and go to work so quiet it down or maybe we should start waking you up with loud banging and music when you are trying to sleep!!!!!!!!! What a croc of -------- that takes place here.

Brandi, Ever heard the word COMMUNICATION instead of SARCASM. May want to look it up in the dictionary and put it to use. People may not be as upset if you would communicate prior to doing some of the things that have been done. You may be surprised how dilligent and understanding folks are if you use the right approach instead of being sarcastic and defensive.
