I stumbled across this website and was amazed it even existed! Then, I was even more amazed at the ratings my apartments got. I have lived here for 9 months now and absolutely love my apartment. I did quite a bit of looking around before making my decision and I don't see me leaving anytime soon. The girl who showed me the apartment had me sold on the place as soon as I walked in the door and with the new office staff I am still pleasantly greeted everytime. The gates not working and the damaged roofs are a bit frustrating but you have to look at things on a larger scale and I am one of those residents who have called several times regarding these issues and I have been only told, what I believe to be an honest answer. The new mgmt are not roofers, nor a gate control company but they are having to work with inusrance and contract companies to resolve these issues. The pools here are fabulous and the new furniture was such a great addition so no one has to fight for the last lounge chair. It does seem to be used by several people often but this is also a very large place with a lot of residents I'm sure. Anyways, just thought I would throw in my 2 cents and I would recommend this place to others as I already have several friends.

It looks the management is creating new accounts and writing fake reviews. The manager responded the same day. It is the only positive review in months. It is FAKE!
