I have lived here at Bella Vida since 2006 and I love my apartment. I transfer to another building of this year, and like it much better. Yes, there are a few things that could be changed, one is the pool situation. I know for a fact that there are several people that come to our pool to play water volleyball that don't live here. I do not think that is right, we do not go to other's apartments and use their pools. A lot of the residents do not come to the pool because of this and too much partying goes on. I enjoy going to the pool, but I want it to a nice quite relaxing atmosphere, I don't want to listen to a bunch of drunks yelling and cursing. There are lots of families that live here and kids are present. My suggestion would be to take away the volleyball net and that will eliminate a lot of the people coming to our pool. I have lived at a few apartment complexes and this is the worst when it comes to the pool. Most apartment complexes pools are quite, relaxing and enjoyable. The courtesy officer needs to get involved and monitor this. Or get a resident to help you determine who lives there or not (some residents know this).

Also, I feel that if you are going to power wash the buildings as a preventive maintanance, what about cleaning the gutters so the rain water can have someplace to go instead of all over your patio' The gutters are filled with tree limbs. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Rain drips from my gutters right on to my patio. I'm sure if I contact maintenance they will be right out to fix it. :-)
