As for the wooden fence, I have attached pictures to show you how abnoxious it is. I am thinking it is as big as 16 ft x 13ft. Like I said....huge. It does not fit. Hopefully you will be able to see that in the pictures. There are several properties that allow yards. I am familiar with that. But they are usually rod iron (to match) and they are not enormous like this. I am not complaining about them having a yard. Please let me clarify. I am complaining because it is huge and it looks out of place. I think they need to take the "Luxury" out of the title of these apartments. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

| Anonymous..funny how you do not know my last name. It isn't "stewart" but if you had taken time to come in and talk to me about your problems and issues, then maybe you would know that. The pictures of the fence are great..thanks for taking them. I will be posting them on our webpage so new prospects will see that we offer them. Again, as I said in a previous response to you...come in, so we can talk face to face and I will be more than happy to discuss you getting out of your lease due to your consistant complaints and unhappiness. | |

If it was "bad" when you moved in, WHY did you move in? That makes NO sense.

What is your name? Are you the guy that works in the office? If you don't think that the place that you work for is horrible, you should see a psychiatrist.

You make no sense. I didn't know it was bad until we moved in. Duh? And no, I don't work for this place. Thank Goodness.

To tcbtac, are you retarded? I mean really? Do you actually read what you write before posting it? Did you graduate 1st grade? Anyone who read your comment is now dumber. Please....sit down before you hurt yourself!

drive down spring creek or legacy down by the tollway and tell me what those fences are made out of. The fence is 25'x22' so that you have the measurements correct. It is not impeeding anyone rights as a resident and the are attractive fences that match the property. I never said that I owned the fence, but I'm not a person who continues to complain about things that are going to become the norm. Learn to change with the times is all I have to say.

Don't see your pictures yet, maybe they have to be approved??? You are so right, the wooden fences seem so out of place. Do you have one near your apartment? And if not, what if you did, how would you feel about it? Would you think you should pay less money for rent since your part of the luxury has gone away?====================================bstewart25 changed HER response because yesterday 7-4-08 she admitted she had one of the fences. Ha Ha Ha Why do you think she knows the extact size? The wooden fences DO NOT match the property! Oh I can invision looking out of an Italian Villa and see a lovely, wait, WHAT? an ugly wooden fence.============================= 7/4/08
OH, so it IS YOU bstewart25 who has one of the fences. No wonder in the next REVIEW you are giving the management a glowing review. And if you are so honest, how much do you pay in a premium to have it????? What about the other residents around it? What do you think happened to their rights for their view? Did they sign up for this? Suddenly a wooden fence shows up - surprise. Or maybe those tenants are getting the premium you are paying for having to look at it. I think not somehow.
==============================
Questions for the management: Does the city require you to get a permit for the fences? I think I will contact them and find out for myself. And what OTHER properties are you talking about that allow fences to be built for tenants? And how many does Bella Vida have on site?===================== Not impeeding anyone's rights? B.S. WHAT DO THE REST OF YOU TENTANTS THINK? WOULD YOU WANT TO LIVE IN AN APARTMENT WHERE YOU HAD TO LOOK AT ONE OF THE WOODEN FENCES FROM YOUR "LUXURY" APARTMENT?============== bstewart25, give it up already!!!

I gotta be honest.. regardless of the fence, who it's for, if it's an employee perk, if it costs more - doesn't anyone think it a bit obnoxious to have the "Managers response" be so snarky/rude?
