I just thought that I would post one of the many lies that we are told. This is from the website, and it is a manager response to another user's comments:

Thank you for your input! I appreciate you encouraging certain residents to give us a chance. The pools are done (finally) and the gate system will be done within 2 weeks! The new management company is Virtu Property Management. The owner never changed, he just took it inhouse instead of contracting it out to a third party group. If you need anything else, please let me know and thanks again for something POSITIVE on here for a change! :)

It states the the gates will be done in 2 weeks. That would have put them ready usable in the MIDDLE of MAY. It is July now, and they are still not ready. When are they going to be done.

Certain things were found when they were repairing the gates. The phone line that was put in from the gate to the phone room many years ago is not for an outside system. The phone company is installing a new line this week. We hope to have them running by the end of the week. This is all that is lacking. I can close the gates, however your guests will not be able to get in unless you meet them at the front. I figure, why not wait until it is ALL COMPLETED before I shut them, don't you agree?

And why did they ask us for our remote codes? If you have a remote already then you had to PAY for it. And even when they do get the gate fixed, if your guest is allowed to enter is it only going to open up the southern most gate again like before? (So if you live on the north side of the property your guest has to drive nearly a mile around the complex, hope not to get lost and go over how many speed bumps???) Duh Also, if you don't have a land line then you and your guest is out of luck. You will have to come to the gate with your remote and let them in. But hey, so many people will be going in and out of the gates they will just have to wait to slip in anyway - that's what my friends always had to do when the gate did work before with just a code number. Oh well. I am sure the new management hasn't had much fun coming into this community with all of it's problems. But I do appreciate the things that they have done to improve the place.

Typical management response. I said it once and will say it again. This place is all talk and can not back any of it up. I guess they believe we are all stupid.

According to the flyers we received asking for our remote codes, 6/13. Oh, wait, that was 2 weeks ago. Hmmm... I guess nobody knows.
