I have been here on property and although there have been many changes that are out of my control I am happy to see the return of the original manager Jennifer Mcfadden. As we look outside our community you will find the world is changing. With the presidential race behind us we can now focus on our day to day lives and what changes we can take a stand on and those that must change to get the desired result. There will be changes we don t like and those will be the one s that hopefully will bring a great overall change.

We need to find out what s important. Pick are battles so to speak. Jennifer has not been back that long and cannot restore order overnight. Those of you who has been a resident here as long as I can respect the fact that she is back. Let me be the first to welcome her back to a very different property to the one she left and help her in bringing us back to the standards we once could expect at Bella Vida.

To you naysayer s who feel like any positive feedback is coming from employees of Bella Vida let me assure you I am a simple resident who lives in building 20 I have faced some of the same difficulties that some of you have, but I look at the bigger picture.

Please remember the definition of a fool is A person who does things the same way expecting a different result we cannot expect a difference without change. If you are afraid of change how can you expect a difference.

Thanks Nikki! I appreciate you taking the time to not only make positive comments, but to make sure that we all come together and resolve any issues that are pending and making some so angry still. If they are so unhappy why renew, why still live here...my thoughts exactly! Way to go sister! I cannot wait to see you at the meeting, which is on July 15th now. We had to postpone due to schedule conflicts with the City of Plano. See you then!

Magnatism, I hope you are right and us getting together can actually make a difference. Sometimes it makes you wonder about people when they toss out trash and whatnot onto the property. I think that the new management has done a pretty good job so far actually. I like the new front entrance for one, along with the flags. The property itself is kept pretty nice too. I have read a lot on here about the wooden fences and I personally live right above one of them. I have met the person who has it and also she keeps it very clean and nice. I just try not to go out on my patio with my PJs on anymore. Tee-hee

It must be the office staff writing all of these positive reviews...have you noticed they are all around the same days..how many other community sites do you see that many positive comments in a row??

It seems as if the problems are mostly related to ownership...if they continue to hire personnel who don't do the jobs expected...then they will continue to see the same results... Obviously dealing with management is not going to be the most effective agent of change...we have to go to the owner. Contact them at "www.virtuinvestments.com".

I seen some of the out side of things change, and most of it for the good. A little short handed I would say but its a start. As far as the staff goes, i have more issues now then before with them. Not much for working with you but my way or the high way staff. :( Some things I understand why they do, but in some issue I feel like they can give a little bit they don't. Mostly personal issue with the "new way" things are going or how i feel about things. I feel like its more of pulling teeth and you are lucky we are helping you instead of its the right thing to do, or we understand whats going on. I would agree Misty has been the best but its been an off and on deal with me.
