First of all, I must say one thing. Maybe if people weren't such animals, maybe there wouldn't be so many complaints. Instead of destroying everything on property and thinking others will clean it up, just don't destroy it in the first place. Also, STOP complaning about the mailboxes, pools etc. You are extremely lucky that our complex fixes all of these things and try to make it nice for their residents. I can't believe that people would actually complain that their landlord cares too much. GET REAL.

I have been living in multiple apartment complexes thought the East Coast and now Texas and I have to say, "Bella Vida has more ammenities than any other." From a FULL size fitness center(the size of a Bally's) on property, massage therapy/spa, beautiful walking trails, 4 sparkling clean pools(ALL recently resurfaced 2 months ago), 2 hot tubs, sandy beach pool, all new poolside furniture, BEAUTIFUL langscaping, tanning booth, on-site movie theatre, business center, to extremely large apartments for the price, jacuzzi jets in the bath tubs, marble entry ways/bath tubs/fireplaces, ceiling fans throughout etc.(the list can go on for another hour) this has been the most beautiful complex I have been in. I would also like to mention, if you don't like to have fun, meet new people and just have a good time, this is not your place. Our complex hosts fabulous parties and get-togethers every couple weeks for everyone in the family.

Not that this means anything to people here in TX, but, I come from one of the top 5 richest and beautiful areas in the country on the East Coast so don't take for granted what you have here. I would also like to add that all maintenance requests were fulfilled within 48 hours of the initial notification. How's that for service! FANTASTIC! Maybe they should change there name to Bella Vida Resort and Spa. I think that would be more fitting to the complex. Hope this helps in your decision in choosing this complex.

For those of you who responded below "anonymously AGAIN" I know that none of you attended our Town Hall Meeting last night, or maybe your bad additudes would have been squashed by those of us who enjoy ourselves here at Bella. Wish I could have had the chance to talk to you. Maybe when you decide to move out of this "horrible" place, I will have that chance. AND for those of you who no longer live here, do you have a life, or are you still so interested in what we have to say here at Bella Vida that you continue to chime in? Seems you have moved out, so move on.

Just out of curiosity, where is the 4th pool? Also, where is the 2nd hot tub? I know that we have one hot tub, and a bathing area that is not heated on the other side that is the same size. There are 3 pools. One larger one and two smaller ones on the side. Also, what Bally's Fitness center have you been in? These things are huge with several levels. We have 4 treadmills, 2 bikes, and meager pickings in weight training. I am not sure that Bally's is as small as that. In fact, the ones that I have visited have 20 treadmills, 20 ellipticals, 20 bikes, and more weights than can be used. Just for clarification, I do not think that anyone here is complaining about the things that are being done to the property. I think that we are saying that the wrong things are being done. The repairs that are being made are not truly helping the facility become better. It seems like the easiest things are being taken care of. How about those gates?

Sounds like a crock to me. Entitled to your opinion as everyone else is and I would guess in some way you are the management or leasing agent. How would you know or even state ALL maintenence requests fulfilled within 48 hours.

This post was pretty funny. What kind of MORON would post something like "You are extremely lucky that our complex fixes all of these things" If I lived somewhere where something was vandalized (if someone on the property did it, and you have proof of such evict them) and the property management DIDNT fix them, I would certainly use that as a caviat to get out of my lease. I am so glad I dont live in this dump anymore, 48 hours fix time?? GET SERIOUS. I waited weeks to get things fixed. Why do you think they changed the name of the apartments from "The Mansions at Ridgeview", they wanted to cloak the reputation which seems not to have changed one bit. I now LIVE in my hometown which is one of the richest east coast cites and if thats where you came from to go to Plano than you are an idiot.

THIS WAS THE OFFICE STAFF! I have lived here for 6 months & the new maintenance have no idea what they are doing.... And what happen to the clean cut maintenance that you could talk to. He did a great job & my work orders got done fast & correct, he called me when I had questions. Not the manager but the top maintenance, THATS SERVICE!!!! I don't care who manages this place, if you are so good WHY would you not keep the good staff. I have lived at several apartments & I know GOOD maintenance is hard to find, but then to not keep GREAT maintenance, ARE YOU DUMB? Am I the only one that wonders why the new guys can't speak English. This place can't stay the best if the best does not work here. WAKE UP OWNERS! Why would you allow you property to go down hill by bad staff?

I AGREE!! THAT WAS THE OFFICE STAFF!! This dump will one day be gone!! I moved out of this place, and was extremely relieved when I shut that door for the last time.. I can't even start explaining how horrible this place was..Stay far away from this place, and read and read these responses before living here.
