The property is beautiful. The entire staff is not.(Caused by Shadow of a Leader) I think the staff should represent how the property looks. The rate on people living here has to be low. I wonder if the important people even read these reviews. I've had several issues and it all comes down to how I was treated. At the end of the day, how your treated is very important and you want to feel like someone cares about your apartment issues. I dont expect all leasing agents to understand, but if you cant get anything from the manager, wow. I dont want to be specific about my inside apt problems, because they wont change until management is changed. All I expect is respect. I hope someone other than the manager replies, cause your losing business and not gaining any either.
