I've been extremely disappointed, especially this summer. It has me wondering if we have Section 8 housing here. I feel like I live in the ghetto.. and pay waaay too much to do so. I've had several friends make comments when they have come over about the trashy people that live here.
There are always drunk white trash walking around the parking lot especially on the weekends yelling and cursing.. beer in hand. There have been several fights and loud arguments outside of my apartment, late at night and on weekends. The shooting. People sitting in the parking lot basing their music and revving the engines of their incredibly --- cars. It's obnoxious.
I would love to see someone patrolling.. (security) even if it's by golf cart at night and especially on weekends to discourage this behavior. I've called the security "on call" twice only to have them never show up.
I would like to see rules enforced about visitors at the pool.. I wonder if half of the trash that shows up there even lives here. Maybe handing out pool keys.. and locking it down would help' Or maybe just people out there once in awhile checking to make sure people are actually following the rules'''

The staff does seem to be getting better and things are improving. I'm not sure when new management took over, but it cannot be an easy thing to try to fix all of the opinions of people who are so jaded from everything that has gone on. If moving weren't such a hassle, I would probably be gone by now..
I've had 2 co-workers ask me about this place, and even with the money they give you to refer a friend.. I still wouldn't recommend this place. At least not until the wt infestation is gone.. and until the parking situation is taken care of, but I don't really see either of those being taken care of.

I would agree, you would think you have to make three times the amount of rent would keep those people out. The maintenance people keep the place clean as they can but i have a few people next to me, that smoke and throw there butt's in the walk way, and see people keep trash on the lain. If they would just enforce the rules then most of the people would not longer be here. For the most part, this is a good place. I do miss Holly and Lisa the current people dont see as friendly as the old people but they are still good people i seen. They just have to be more in tune to what people want and get some better people in this place.

I have to agree, with the ghetto villa here!! my lease is coming to renew, and i am not going to renew!! I have found a very nice apartment down the street, and anyone reading the review, please look elsewhere!!
