I was live there for short time. I had enough dealing with people office there. The bottom line I would not recommend this place to my friends. Be very careful about the policy, that you have to pay electric reconnect fee from you name to apartment name. This is the first time I hear about this policy.

Overall, I am totally disappointed, no matter they called it is luxury apartment, but for me, this place was a trap, and you have to pay that you suppose to pay.

I would not read into this review. The author sounds like theyare mentally challanged and have the education of a third grader. The people in the office are fantastic and they regulary hold get togethers that are posted in the news letter, where you get a chance to meet the staff and hang out with other residents. This place is luxurious and they keep the property really clean. Maint. crew is great and they know what the f*ck they are doing which is nice. As find the power reconnection fee look at the power company not the apartmnt complex, as they have absolutely nothing to do with that.

The reconnect fee is if at any point during your lease you cause the electric to go back in to Bella Vida's name... otherwise known as non-payment of your bill or not informing Coserv of your move out date. This policy is listed right on the front page of the lease and is Bella Vida's policy. I was charged a $10 fee back in 2007 for just transferring apartments with the old management. Just watch out for fees that don't make sense...this place is famous for that!

I lived at this apartment complex back in 2002, when it was the Mansions. It was fine back then, and I lived there for a couple of years, until it started looking like a ghetto.. I don't know where these kinds of folks come from actually. I am very happy where I am living now, and my advise to anyone wanting to live in the plano area, look around, and you will see that there are many apartments that are very nice in the same area that this dump is in.

That's right, look elsewhere! I am not renewing my lease and am getting the heck out as soon as it is up. Also the gates have not worked since early spring of this year. Customer service is slow and poor, at least at the top.
