I read all of these reviews and I am just going to say what I think. I don't care WHAT complex you want to live at, it doesn't matter, because no matter WHERE you live, there will ALWAYS be issues. I live here. I am doing fine. Look, management is NOT the reason the complex gets trashy and broken down - it's STUPID PEOPLE!! PEOPLE throw trash around the complex.... PEOPLE break the gates... PEOPLE throw chairs and trash in the pool/spa...PEOPLE throw cigarrette butts off their balconies...PEOPLE are the ones being unreasonable. We are freakin' adults here people! If you know or see someone making a mess, call them out on it. I have! I saw a lady who let her dog poop and she didn't pick it up - I offered her a bag of mine and she said "they have people for that"...she pissed me off. So when she went in her apartment, I took the liberty of picking it up for her (as she wished to be done) and I put it on her door and door knob. Yes, it was childish, but I was proving a point. Funny thing is the last time I saw her, she was picking up the poop. Rent goes up because Maintenance is ALWAYS having to fix the gates that PEOPLE break...management has to pay for broken pool pumps, gym equipment, etc. that STUPID PEOPLE ruin....so WHO is suppose to pay for this damage''' Of course the tenants have to absorb it....although I personally think rent increases stink, it can't be avoided. I have NEVER lived in a complex that has never NOT had a rent increase. Get over it! If people stop making the apartment complex broken and messed up, then this website will not have any complaints....instead of complaining about management, lets hunt all the trouble making residents and get them out of here! Parents, take control of your kids and stop letting them run wild around the complex unattended! Don't you know children are kidnapped and murdered daily' Again, I'm just a resident and have nothing to do with management, but I am someone who thinks logically and realistic. Overall it's a nice complex. There is certainly a lot worse out there, but the bottom line is it is up to ALL OF US to make it a nice complex...it's not managements job to BABYSIT!! Have a great day and just enjoy it here.

I've lived here over a year, and I've never gotten a return call. They have never gone out of their way to do their jobs well. I like living here aside from dealing with the staff, luckily I don't have to often.

It's unfortunate that they hired a manager that has another full time job selling carpet to apartments! Sounds like a conflict of interest if you ask me... Plus she never takes time to do her job here!

I hope and pray that the economy has an effect on the people who work in the leasing office, including the manager, to the point where they too have to live in an apartment and I pray that they have the same experience that we have as residents. We want them to feel what it's like to deal with an incompetent leasing office that doesn't listen to them and where each person has a different answer. Maybe then at that point something will click in their little heads and they will think about treating us tenants how THEY would want to be treated. Plain and simple.

Bella vida is nice,they had a great mangment when it was greystar, then I don't know what happened. Thank god the old manger of grey star is back she knows what she is doing. They only constant thing I enjoy at bella vida our the chair massages. The woman is awsome and they are lucky to have an asset like her. I am never around except sometimes on saterday morning otherwise I would love to make an appointment with her. She relaxes you instantly and it is a joy to see her smiling face as well as Jenifer.

Certainly the person above isn't speaking of the Manager of Bella Vida located on Custer???? That Manager does NOT return phone calls and does NOT return emails. That is the most unprofessional action of all from a "Manager". A "real" Manager, who knew what they were doing, WOULD return ALL calls and EMAILS. A manager who is incompetent, irresponsible and cannot handle their job are ones that don't respond to emails or phone calls. Therefore, the Manager of Bella Vida located on Custer does NOT know what she is doing and does not belong in a management role. The only way she became manager is to know someone in corporate or be related to one of the owners. Otherwise, someone seriously is playing a cruel joke. She has zero management skills and cannot handle her job. I wouldn't even give her the responsibility of babysitting my goldfish!

Keep in mind that the responses you see here are from the past (2008). Yes, I hate that the person above me smokes and drops their still burning cigs off the balcony. I did let the office know and they must of contacted the tentant because things are considerably better now. I think the worst problem that we have here at Bella Vida is the LACK OF PARKING SPACES. But they do have people who walk the complex every morning to pick up trash & most of the time the complex looks very neat.
