I have been very disatisfied. The maintenance is horrible. I have constantly been harrassed with bills shoved in my door that were to previous tenants. Do they not have a clue up there in the office. Not to mention the office staff is NOT friendly and truthfully do not seem to know what in the heck is going on.The people that live above me sound like they are tap dancing on my head. I can not WAIT until my lease is up.

I would agree, the staff blows my mind. I am not sure how they get people to move in with the rude people that work there. We went to look for apt last sat and we passed b/c of the staff. We end over heard them talking to someone that lived there and it was bad. The place looked nice, and liked the apt just not the staff. never going back.

My only regret is that I locked into a 1 yr lease. I had to call them 5 x's to come fix a leak by my patio and each time I called I cringed.They didn't listen and I don't even think they wrote anything down.Then there was an area up by the 2nd floor that was literally rotting away and with each storm we had it got worse and started caving in and falling down on the breezeway. Can I say law suit in waiting. It took them months before anyone did anything and even yellow taped the stairs to the 2nd floor so people couldn't get to their apts which was the closest access to the parking lot.Get me out of there.

anonymous, do you live on the 2nd floor at the 2nd building? i lived on the third floor about a billion years ago... i hate bella vida with a passion!! its a crap apt!!
