I have been renting for 15 or so years at 5 different communities. Until now I was not aware there was a review site for apartments. My two cents is that this is a good to excellent property. I feel like I have seen it all at this point and believe this is about as professional as it gets. I just renewed my lease for the first time and although i didn't like the rent increase (they increased my rent 2%), I do feel good about the decision. The office staff is extremely helpful and straight forward. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and where I have had issues, they have gotten it right the first time. Some problem with the gates but this appears to be resolved and I love the ammenities - huge gym, swimming pools, classes, etc.. Definitely can't say everything is perfect but its the best I have seen.

However, it is not so nice when it comes to finding a parking space. I live in building 3 and many times by 7:30 p.m. there is not even a space at my building to be had. People from across the way at ~building 5, 6, are parking in spaces in front of my building because their parking situation is worse (3 apartments high as opposed to only 2 at my building). There are many times that I would think to run to the store or something in the evening but I don't want to lose my "space". I usually have to park up near the front gate if I do come home after 8 p.m. or so. The weekends are a little better because people are out and come home late. But if you are looking to move into this complex, I would by all means, come by and drive through and see how many spaces are available near the apartment(s) you are looking to rent. SERIOUSLY! For the prices they are asking, albeit these are nice apartments and the staff is great, parking (near your apartment) should be an ammenity that is included in that rent price. Did you know that you can complain??? Keep a record of the situation and turn it in.
