This is ridiculous. If you believe that any of these possitive reviews are from residents who don't work for Bella Vida then you are an Idiot.
They aren't even done convincingly.
Bottom line: Bad place to live, horrible people live here. If you want to be able to score some drugs where you live, and have you children shot at or run over, feel free to live here.

People just need to get a life. Next time read the lease and know what you are signing. If you don't know anything about the landlord laws and don't read things before you sign them, you have no reason to talk. Bella Vida is a great property and the staff does take care of their residents. I bet when happy hour and brunches were going on, you were not complaining then. You just didn't get your way and now you have to complain how typical:

Yup, they gave me some BS fines when leaving too, which the lease allows. Like paying the reconnect fee to switch the power back into their name. We THOROUGHLY cleaned the carpets (steam cleaned), and they still charged us $120 to clean them. So it cost us money to move out, but I'm very glad we did. We are much less stressed now. BTW, this complex also charges you to pay with a credit card.

kelly, you are an idiot, and yes you are probably on staff there.. i lived there back in 2003, and moved out a year later, with fines tacked on.. dirty dirty place with staff that have no clue..this place was turning into a ghetto, and i am sure with all of the rapes, and drugs,cops are called out there to survey the sickos all the time. don't lease here, with all the NICE apartments nearby!!

i agree with you on that there are several nicer apartments nearby..when i lived at bella vida, and it was for just a year, i couldn't get over all the people that didn't live here hanging out all times of the night. i had to get up early in the morning, and there were so many nights where i couldn't sleep because of the noise. i told management, and they did nothing.. rent is high here, and just totally not worth it. move elsewhere when you get a chance.

Wow Anonymous! You really are an idiot. I have lived there the past two years and have had one complaint. Idiots like you that don't know how to read a lease agreement. I have mine right here, that I read before committing to the lease. That's all it is "An Agreement". It's simple (stupid) don't agree, don't sign. P.S. I Love My Community.
