I lived at Bella Vida from October 2007 to July 2008 and my husband and I never had any problems. It was a great place to live. The maintenance staff was speedy and did a quality job. Upon our move in, the head of maintenance didn't like that the kitchen tile had a crack in it, so he had the tile replaced in the kitchen and bathroom so it would all match. They also put brand new carpet in for us. The staff we had when we were there was great, and their current team is fantastic as well. I still give them a call every once in a while and they are friendly and answer all of my questions. I wish I was still there. I'm going to check out their prices now and see if we can afford it at this time.

Well just be sure to not move in to building 14. There are some new residents on 3rd floor who are selling drugs...extremely high traffic up an down the stairs between 4pm and 6pm.... hopefully they move soon. They should know everyone is on to them.

typical. This place has gone to trash. too many poor trashy people live here and think it is a resort.
