I lived here for two years and loved the apartment layout. Unfortunately, the noise from the dogs in the apartment below was horrible. After several complaints (the dogs were not supposed to be there) management promised to resolve. When they did not I went to the management company who said they would take care of the problem and were super apologetic. They did nothing. All I got was one excuse after another. Maintenance was average in response time. Front office staff was tolerable, but not overly friendly or accommodating. Had too many problems with the garage door breaking and too many times where it took a week or more to fix. You can do much better than this in Plano!
