I think that some of these reviews must be fake. Yes, the maintenance is speedy, but it seems like they have had a lot of pratice to get them that way. Things seem to be falling apart. The pet stations are useless. Parking is hideous. I always end up parking at least one building away and the CARPET CLEANERS take up all the parking spaces. Can't they park in boat parking' I live by myself and the lights don't shed NEARLY enough light for me to feel safe when I'm coming home at night in the dark walking from my car to my apartment. My car has been broken into at least twice and stolen once. The gates are broken half of the time. Whatever the thing is called that is supposed to absorb some of the sound is complete crap. I have gone through at least 3 upstairs neighbors and can hear everything they do. I understand it's apartment living, but this is pretty bad. When I lay in bed, I can hear my next door's neighbors' TV.

I have lived here for over a year, nothing has ever happened to my car, parking one building away isn't that much of a hassle and if it is, pay for your own garage! And as far as the pet stations, I guess you must not be a dog owner. I am and I love them!

Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. So, because of the poor quality of the buildings and limitations of management-we are stuck paying hundreds of dollars in electricity every month. The gates are not always working-which is a safety issue. And not to be too personal-but there were a couple of times when we would go to the office-and the staff would be dressed inappropriately-children do not need to know or see what kind of undergarments the office staff are wearing. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabinets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere-I have pictures to prove it as well. When we moved in-one of the maintenance guys broke our bookcase and threw it into the living room-on top of our flat screen and computer. When I simply asked what happened-the guy got into my face. He scared me so badly that I called my husband and asked him to come home. Later-we installed motion sensor cameras-and found that they entered our apartment without our knowledge and without giving us any notification. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
