This is the best apartment complex to live in. Location is great. People are friendly. The Apartments are solidly built and more sound proof than most in the DFW area. The Apartment staff is excellent and very professional. Maintenance is great and reliable. Overall property is quiet, which is what I prefer. For the party people, look down the street.

I completely disagree with the reviewand I do agree with the response-yeah-I do wonder if the person writing this works there. I hear our neighbors constantly. Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. So, because of the poor quality of the buildings and limitations of management-we are stuck paying hundreds of dollars in electricity every month. The gates are not always working-which is a safety issue. And not to be too personal-but there were a couple of times when we would go to the office-and the staff would be dressed inappropriately-children do not need to know or see what kind of undergarments the office staff are wearing. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabinets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere-I have pictures to prove it as well. When we moved in-one of the maintenance guys broke our bookcase and threw it into the living room-on top of our flat screen and computer. When I simply asked what happened-the guy got into my face. He scared me so badly that I called my husband and asked him to come home. Later-we installed motion sensor cameras-and found that they entered our apartment without our knowledge and without giving us any notification. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
