I moved in just under two months ago and have regretted it since. Although this place advertises tha it is a luxury apartment, it's anything but. The apartment was not clean when I got the keys. The tub had a disgusting thick black film in it. It has taken until this week to get them to fix the outside lights and I believe that is only because I finally turned them in to the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Better Business Bureau. They don't maintain the property and are completely non-responsive. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. Just because it's a nice neighbor doesn't mean the apartment is nice. Also, as a side note, they charge a pet rent and for trash pick up.

I have to agree. I've lived here for a few months and can't wait to get out. Looks nice on the outside but the inside is barely livable. Between all the noise coming from neighbors (not because they are noisy but because the walls are so super thin), the extremely poor insulation and non-responsiveness on issues that are reported, it almost feels like I'm being robbed for rent every month. Look elsewhere. Actually, if it's not too far I'd recommend Riachi @ 121. Good luck.

Thanks for your response. It's nice to know that I am not alone in my issues. Now, I am facing retaliation for complaining and turning them in. I am falsely being accused of not picking up after my dog and getting calls from the office saying that someone has complained that my dog barked. The main reason for my moving out of my last apartment was because people weren't picking up after their dogs and I was disgusted. Also, in the eight and a half years that I've had my dog, this is the first time that I have ever heard either of these things. Funny how it happens after I complained. I have a year left on my lease because I was foolish enough to sign a 15 month lease. I can say with all honesty that this is the worst place that I have ever lived.

Not to make light of your negative experience, but I'm pretty sure the majority of apartments in Plano charge for trash pickup. Besides, it's only $8.00/Month. Isn't that sort of a nominal amount to be complaining about? As far as your walk through is concerned, I might be crazy, but I'm pretty sure if you pointed out the 'black film' in your bathtub they would have fixed it.

I completely agree with this review-and am having the same exact problems-yes-we did go to college-but Im questioning how much we learned after getting conned into moving here.... Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. So, because of the poor quality of the buildings and limitations of management-we are stuck paying hundreds of dollars in electricity every month. The gates are not always working-which is a safety issue. And not to be too personal-but there were a couple of times when we would go to the office-and the staff would be dressed inappropriately-children do not need to know or see what kind of undergarments the office staff are wearing. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabinets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere-I have pictures to prove it as well. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
