We lived in this complex and had problems getting the maintenance man to fix anything. I had to contact the corporate office (or threaten to) before they would fix anything- like ants, bubbling ceiling in the bathroom, leaking water heater.
My favorite part is that the maintenance guy was sleeping with the girl who lived above us. Can you say CONFLICT OF INTEREST' Yeah, one day they were "in action" really late and we're not quiet about it, so I took a broom to the ceiling. Good thing they didn't take very long. The next day we had a complaint against us for banging on the ceiling. Boy, was he ever embarrassed when I explained the situation to the manager. I guess he didn't think I'd tell the whole story. No matter, we don't live there anymore and last we heard, he still worked there. Talk about ethics.

It seems that you have more of a personal issue with the maintenance person having a personal like instead of actual maintenance issues. To make a point you could have more cooth. It was unnecessary and inappropriate for the specific details in your review.

These are all lies! The story that these people came up with are all complete lies and it seems that this site will let anyone with any kind of crap write anything they want without thinking they can be held responsible.

It seems that you were jealous of the maintenance guy. Oh yeah, if I remember correctly who the maintenance guy was supposed to be sleeping with, that girl was really hot! If I remember correctly where she lives or lived you must be the geek that lived under her with that disgusting fat cow for a wife. Now I remember. You tried and tried to get her to be friends with you but she thought she would catch lice or infantigo by getting to close. Not to mention those 2 brown Datsuns that yapped and yapped anytime time someone would walk by. To bad someone didnt drop kick those football looking dogs downfield. Yeah you got jealous so you talked trash about the maintenance guy for getting to close to your fantasy girl. Stick with your fatty wife, she suits you better.

Despite this review's personal tone-I happen to agree about the maintenence and management-but on a professional level-yes-we did go to college-but Im questioning how much we learned after getting conned into moving here.... Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. Now the AC unit never shuts off-and we are stuck paying hundreds of dollars per month in electricity because of the poor quality of the apartments and limitations of the management. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabinets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere-I have pictures to prove it as well. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
