They are friendly .But when it comes to maintenance they guy looks after sucks.After i vacate the apartment they put me 400 for cleaning. I am staying in Us since 4 and half years i never got fined as i maintain the apartment very clean. They are showing silly reasons for charging. One more thing about this apartments i got $ 400 for elecetricity bill in winter and $60 for water all the year. Don't get trapped. This is worst place it sucks man.

This is more like the site where a bunch of fools who cant write a sentence. "I am staying in US 4 and half years" should say it all! This is obviously some fuzzy foreigner who has no concept of what clean is. Their Visa probably expired and they had to go back to that nasty, backwards country they spawned from.

Before commenting on the reviewer, you should think about yourself, your comments reflects your personality and attitude towards other people. You can comment on his review not on other things. Your reasons may be correct and but you are spoiling the image of greatest people in this country by expressing your comments in this manner.

I was born and raised in the USA-as was everyone else in my family for as far back as we can remember-and I choose to look past the foreign stigma of the above review-and to respond to the true point of the site and review...yes-we did go to college-but Im questioning how much we learned after getting conned into moving here.... Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabinets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere-I have pictures to prove it as well. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
