Very great place to live in Plano (and Dallas Metropolitan Area)

The employees are very friendly and the infrastructure is very good.
If you have a child at Elementary School this should be your choice: the complex is closed to one of the best Elementary School in Texas (based on my previous experience I'd say in USA).

this the worst place i leaved still now. We have all kind of cheaters starting from Management. Your will never get back your deposit back.Here you get water bill 60/month
which you wont get any where in the entire US. -----is fit for changing the screens nothing else.

I disagree with this review-and agree with the responses instead-yes-we did go to college-but Im questioning how much we learned after getting conned into moving here.... Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabnets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere-I have pictures to prove it as well. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
