It is a nice place and comfortable to every thing,but when it comes with some maintainance problems there will be no one to help you.
The best example is water billing system,they have a problem with the billing system and the residents are paying.When we questioned this they answered that if you feel you are being charged too much than you are consuming,try to turn on taps and let the water run and waste some more water.
They are such narrow minded people that they slip ther tongues and even scold your country.
Here i want to give you a quote from a great person,

Try even to keep little effort not senseless talks.
