This Month Power bill $ 350 and every month water bill $20 per person. Just think of your bills before moving here.

We have the same issues. Even though we have our thermostat set to 76 degrees-it is constantly over 80 degrees in the apartment. When we call management-they seem to be concerned-but never actually do anything but clean the unit and change the filter-even after we tell them that it didn't help-they sent a guy over to say there is nothing else they could do. The cleanliness of the place is a major issue as well. When we moved in-there was feces (human poo to use the vernacular) all over the master bathroom, mold in the vast majority of the cabnets, dark hair plastered to the wall where they painted without cleaning, food particles and dust everywhere. We pay for water-and yet-there were multiple times throughout the summer months where the complex was flooded because THEIR sprinkler system broke-guys-WE PAID FOR THAT WATER! Please-if you do not want to pay an outrageous amount for utilities and want a clean environment for you're family-Think twice before moving here!
