By looking at all of the reviews lately with a 1 rating obviously it is the same person over and over. You probably left the place a mess and were charged to have to clean and repair the Apartment. You are just as annoying now that your gone as you were living there. Get a life. Next time leave your Apartment clean and in good condition and you won't get charged. Then you will write nice reviews if you write a review at all. It seems only the people that owe money for skipping out without paying their rent or they leave the Apartment with damages and dirty write most of the reviews. This site is a joke. Anyone can write anything true or false. Don't believe everything you read. Always check it out for yourself and make your own decision. I've lived at Bentley for 10 years off and on now. I keep coming back because Bentley is a homey place and more soundproof than any other Apartment Complex. The Office Staff and Maintenance have been there for at least 5-6 years.
They are friendly and do a great job. Try to live where the staff isn't constantly turning over. Again, don't even believe me. Go visit and decide for yourself.
And for you disgruntled Resident. Let it go already. You will be happier if you just move on with your life.

You again? Same person responding to the review.... You want to know how I know. Your grammar. You are writing the same in every review and response. As far as the electric bills go, I do know. You use the electric you pay for the electric. You don't get free electric. Make sense? If you can't pay the bill don't use it to warm or cool yourself. Don't take hot baths and showers. Don't wash your dishes. Don't use your plugs. Get it.... You are so smart aren't you?
