I lived at the Brentdale for 1.5 years. I would say that it has been an ok experience. I moved because I found a nicer, newer complex for the same price that I have been paying, which is more conveniently located for me.
Sometimes, maintenance has come quickly, but once I literally left 4 messages before they came to fix my light fixture. I had ant problems for a while, but they went away. My friend however had continual bug problems which were not adequately resolved by the complex.
The people in the office are nice, but it seems like they never answer the phone. Also the office hours are 9-6, which makes it had for me to get to during the week. But that is probably standard.
Overall, my roommate and I give it an average rating. What You See Is What You Get.
