Most horrible, sic, run down place I've ever lived in. To top it off the people in the office were rude and non-cooperative! For the rent they were charging us I found a newer, cleaner and better place in a better location.
The place was full of fire-ant when I asked for pest-control services, they sent their pest-control guy who came in an under the ploy of fumigating my closets, stole $220 from my purse while he was there. When I complained to the Office staff, at first they said that their pest-control man has been serving them since the last 15 yrs so he could'nt have done it and it sure does'nt involve them its between me and the theif they sent over to apartment guised as the pest-control guy- sure enough the same guy was caught red-handed doing something similiar in some other Apt in Carrolton- The office staff refused to even apologize to me let alone help me in any way- they were dowmright rude.I never got my $220 back!

To top it all, one easter weekend I returned back to my apt in the evening to find the door wide open and all the furniture moved here and there- apparently someone's pipe on the floor above ours had broken and flooded my Apt!- We had to live in an Apt soaked with water from the toilet for 3 days till the office opened and when they did they refused to changed the carpet which was soaking, stinky and messy- we lierally had to fight with the manager to do that- I ran away at the first chance I got - never again will rent an Apt from Lincoln Property Co.! Horrible staff- shoddy properties!
