I have been here since 2003, Apartments are in very poor condition, rates are high)(they are saying that rates are cheaper than others, but have to see their quality right) If they give it for free also, if it is not to stayable thing, what is the reason. If you think to stay here with their rent, it is not a advisable thing. I cannot agree that they are cheaper than others with their maintanance and quality.
You can get good apartment around. I can say very poooooooooooooooooooor and bad quality of apartments. They don't even care about old tenants. Bad condition GYM.
