I have been at the Brentdale going on two years. Its not a GREAT place to live, but its not horrible. Maintenance issues have always been slow to be resolved. The prices are getting higher in terms of rent. Parking is getting sparce around my building. The grounds are pretty much kept up. We'll see if the management does a better job in upkeep of the smaller swimming pools and not just the main one.

There are a LOT of pets at this complex and people do NOT pick up their dog's crap. This has been an ongoing problem that nobody seems to do anything about. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
