Hi all, here am giving the information not to scare you, but its all my experiences.
please its not advisable to stay here.......
When i thought to move here(came to see the apartment), they treated me like anything..once i got signed it, thats it!!!
Ok..come to the point, in my apartment there are lot of things to fix, i gave complaints morethan 25 times, they didn't even bothering about to FIX them...whenever i go to ask them, they will tell some reasons. Leasing agents will put blame on managers...those managers are really('''' i don't have any bad words to say) Stupid guys. they will treat Tenants like a bugs(once u signed on the contract, OK)..the way they talk to the Tenants is really bad..i cannot express my experiences here...its that bad...Looks like new management is doing very good(But if they keep this Asst manager they will loose lot of their business)..Man, we are paying rent properly, they are not giving Apt for free, if they are expecting rent on time, they have to take care of the problems on time right.they are wantedly postponing the repairs...Just want to cut down their cost..BY any chance if the management see this review, PLEASE try to take care of the tenants.....Thanks for reading this review patiently... Here i read some reciews, as they said, GYM is in bad shape, need more changes..
