The new owners seem to get it, that the tenant is what is important. Before the office was rude, these guys are great. Maintenance gets done fast to. I'll defintely be renewing again!

Yeah, this review does look pretty over-the-top for a real tenant to have written it. I "like" the Brentdale, but I don't think it deserves such praise. I'm not sure if I'll renew when my lease is up in a few months.

Oh! One more thing- has anyone seen the website they built for the complex? It's really a bit rediculous in that it portrays the Brentdale as being luxurious. No mention of the dog poop everywhere, the car break in's, the gates ALWAYS being broken, or the disrepair of some of the building's exteriors.

I definitely will NOT be renewing again, and I can attest to 2 other families who have just moved out having had unsatisfactory experiences as well.
