I WOULD LIKE TO START OFF BY APOLOGIZING TO ANYONE WHO IS UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR STAY HERE. WOULD LIKE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER ON STAFF AND WE ARE DOING ALL WE CAN TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY. IF YOU ARE A CURRENT RESIDENT AND NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT ANY ISSUES, I INVITE YOU TO COME IN ANYTIME TO TALK. WE ARE HERE TO LISTEN AND TRY OUR BESTS TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.

This person sounds sincere in their appeal to the residents but once again,another ploy to boost the ratings of the property. Just look at the unrealistic rating they gave the property and staff.

I understand that every management company and staff isn't perfect but my goodness, what kind of ratings are these? Give me and the rest of the world a break... actually be honest and tell us how you really feel about working for, this, management company. Not as an employee paid to type something on here to endure more "future residents" to visit the grounds. Get real Brentdale Employee...

I agree with the other two responses- it's nice to know that someone cares enough to try and work at improving the complex, but the rating given here is a bit unrealistic. Looks to me like an attempt to boost the complex's overall rating. With so few reviews posted, just one or two overly positive or negative ratings can really have an impact on the average.
