This is the third time since pinnicle took over management that they changed managers.
There have been numerous changes in leasing agents and maintenance staff,but the property never improves.They will never see the big picture. The outside paint and new landscaping does wonders for curb appeal,but the real issues are the appliances, air conditioning,and plumbing that are all wore out and they refuse to upgrade them.just wait until june and the temperature in your apartment won,t go below 90 and it takes several days to get it fixed. even then you will be lucky if the temp drops below 80.
The plumbing in your apartment will break constantly and the water will be turned off.
your ice maker will break and your food will spoil because of the old refrigerator.Drains will stop up flooding the apartment and will take the plumbers hours to get there,meanwhile the people upstairs will run water causing your apartment to flood.So it doesnt matter how many times they change staff it is still a sorry place to live.
