There are some major issues here. I have to be honest- some members of the staff are helpful and caring (One in particular) but others are either a. not experienced enough to know how to help, or b. downright rude. It seems like they just want to get you out of the office or off of the phone. Additionally, the manager is not what I would call a "people person". She complains about residents while other tenants are present in the office and is abrasive at best. She seems bothered by having to respond to complaints or requests of any kind. I have only dealt with her a handful of times, but the experiences have never been pleasent. What's more frustrating is that since she is the top of the command chain, there is no one else there to report her to. I am filing complaints with the main office for the management company, but wanted to air this where others (potential residents and current residents) can see it. I would urge you to send a written complaint in if you have similar experiences. Nothing will change unless we make these issues known to those that can hold her accountable for her attitude and actions.


As for the property itself, it's not a bad deal for what you get and for the location. The grounds are in okay shape, and they have made some attempts at dealing with the residents that make life difficult for the rest of us.

i completly agree! The Managment is horrible (but we love Ray) he's the only nice one. Gail is the mamager and doesn't care about ANYONE! My Father died and my car got broken into and then i had to go out of town for the funeral and when i get back i had an eviction notice on my door because i was 3-4 days late on rent. i had a lot of stuff going on at that time, and went down to the office to try and work out something and they said ok just pay when u can, but 2 days later they want to evicit me. i got all the money i owed them and court fees and told them i can pay all of it , and can they cancel the evivtion and JIM (ast manager) said no. So we went to court and after court JIM trys to tell us we owe him $3,000 more when the original price was 1,088. and thats what the judge orederd us to pay. they are just worried about money not the actual residents. i do not reccomend these apts to anyone!!!!
