Brentdale Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Donât get me wrong I donât have beef with the maintenance staff but the quality of the apartments and complex in general is really poor. Our washing machine clutch went out so when I pulled it out I found that the hot water hook up nozzle was stripped down to a nub to where I couldnât turn it off to remove the hot water hook up. Rather than going into the office and having to listen to the office manager trash talk tenants while they are not around. I just stretched the hose and worked around it. I only call maintenance if it is a necessity like air conditioning issues or if it will cost more that what I am willing to pay to fix it myself. As far as the outside grounds they are great if you are with in a 100 yard radius of the office. I could walk around and find numerous things that have been neglected. Once there was a parking block that had tipped over exposing the metal spike that hold them in place, it was a safety hazard I almost stepped on it, and it could easily have been ran over by a car puncturing a tire. Donât beleve me' I invite you to tour the complex. Take note around and inside the newly remodeled leasing office its great. You stray too far from it and you will find trash, dust covered beer bottles from sitting in the same spot for weeks, a loud AC unit in desperate need of a replacement fan motor, a leaking faucet pooling water between units (I wonder how long till the foundation starts to sink'), stones falling off the stone walls that were added about 6 months ago, loose railings. There has been some improvements to the exterior but lets not neglect the source. The office manager needs service, where can I file a maintenance request for that'
